Lahori red chicken

1.Chicken (16 pieces) 1 
2.Lemon 2 
3.Green chilies chopped 4 
4. oil/Clarified butter 1 cup 
5.Green coriander chopped 1 bunch 
6.Tomato chopped ½ kg
7.Black pepper crushed 1 tsp 
8.Roasted white cumin 1 tsp 
9.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp 
10.Red chili powder 1 tbsp 
11.Karahai masala 1 tbsp 
12.Ginger thinely sliced 2 tbsp
13. turmeric ½ tsp
13.Salt to taste

Recipe:
1, wash the chicken pieces and pat dry
2. take a wok add 1 tbsp oil then add butter, add the chicken  add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and salt. Stir fry till the water dries and chicken changes colour.
3. then add half kg chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, and cook till the tomatoe dries
4. now add 1 tbsp karahi masala, 1tsp black pepper crushed, 1tsp roasted white cumin,
5. add half cup water cover the lid and cook on low flame till chicken gets tender about 6 to 10 minutes.
6.  add 2 tbsp sliced ginger, 4 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped green coriander and 2 lemon juice to mix and serve hot
