SMOKED
MINCED MEAT/ DHUA DAR QEEMA
INGREDIENTS:
1.
Minced meat- ½ kg
2.
Onion 1 ( grinded into pasted form)
3.
Almonds -6
4.
Yogurt whipped-1 cup 0r 250 ml
5.
All spice powder (garam masala) 1 tsp
6.
Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
7.
Ginger & garlic paste-1 tbsp
8.
Green cardamom powdered (choti
ilaichi)½ tsp
9.
Nutmeg and mace powder (jayfl
javtri)- ½ tsp
10. Poppy
seeds(khushkhas) - ¼ tsp
11. Dried
coconut powder – ¼ tsp
12. Green
chili finely cut – 4
13. Fresh
green coriander chopped -1 tbsp
14. Mint
leaves chopped -1 tbsp
15. Kewra
1 tsp
16. Salt
1 tsp
17. Oil

Method
1.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions.
2.
Ito the pan add ginger ^ garlic
paste, minced meat, yogurt, salt , all
spice powder, red chilli powder, cardamom powder and nutmeg and mace powder and
fry.
3.
In a grinder ; grind almonds poppy
seeds coconut with the help of little water. Add this mix into the minced meat.
4.
Add ½ cup of water and cook the
minced meat until cooked well. Lower the flame when the oil seperates.
5.
On a small metal bowl or on a piece
of tin foil put a burning piece of coal ( heated piece of coal until red hot)
put this on top of the minced meat. Then pour a tsp of oil and cover the minced
meat immediately . the smokey flavor will
penetrate into the minced meat
6.
Add kewra in mince, serve hot
7.
Garnish with mint, fresh coriander
and green chillies.
