Easy kulfi recipe
Ingredients:
1.milk 1 litre full fat
2. condensed milk 1 tin around 200ml
3. khoya 1 cup
4. badam crushed half cup
(almond)
5. pista half cup (pistachio)
6. ilaichi powder ½ tsp cardamom
Method:
Take a large pot pour in
milk, condensed milk ilaichi powder and cook until the milk starts to thicken. Cook
on a medium flame. Takes about 20 minutes.
Now lower the flame and add badam pista and khoya , cook for 3
minutes.
Let the mixture cool at room temperature then refrigerate in
moulds.
Chill for 4 hours .
Serve cold.
