DAAL GOSHT

Ingredients
1.Mutton or beef with bones ½ kg
2.Gram Lentil (daal chana) 1/2 cup presoaked half hour
3.split red lentils (masoor daal)1/4 cup
4. split yellow lentils (moong daal) ¼ cup
3.Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
4.Onion medium 2 chopped
5. tomatoes 2 medium sized
5.Red chili powder 1 tbsp
6. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
7.All spice powder1 tsp
8.Roasted and crushed cinnamon 1 tsp
9.Green chilies 4
12.Chopped ginger   2 tbsp
13.Oil1 cup
Water 2 cups
14.Salt to taste( half tsp)
For tarka:
1.    oil,
2.    garlic,
3.    button red chilies
4.    and cumin seeds
5. 1 small onion

Recipe
1.    In handi,add oil and onion, fry until golden.
2.    -Add ginger garlic paste and mutton, fry until meat changes color. -Add tomatoes, salt and mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
3.    -Add water, bring it to boil, cover partially and cook for 15-20 minutes until meat is half done.
4.     -Add split red lentil, split yellow lentil and split  gram lentil ,turmeric powder, cumin powder,red chili powder and cinnamon  and cook it well for 5 minutes.
5.    Add water, cover partially and cook for 30 minutes or until lentils & meat is tender.
6.    Add whole spice powder and mix well.
7.     For Tadka: -In frying pan, add oil, garlic,
8.    button red chilies and cumin seeds onions, fry until golden. -
Add tadka in daal ghost handi and serve.
