Chicken In Garlic And Black Pepper Sauce


For Chicken Marinade:
1.chicken boneless-1/2  kg
2.ginger garlic paste1- tbsp
3.soya sauce 1- tbsp
4.white vinegar 1- tbsp
5.corn flour 2- tbsp
6.eggs 1
7. Sugar 1 tsp
8. Oil to fry

sauce
1. garlic 6 cloves
2. Corn flour 4 tbsp
3. Soya sauce 1 tbsp
4. White vinegar 1/2 tbsp
5. crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
6. Mushroom sliced        1 tin
7. Chicken stock 2 cup
8. salt to taste

Recipe:
1.   Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces put it in a bowl.
2.   To the bowl add ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, white vinegar, corn flour, sugar and egg.
3.   In a wok or a deep pan fry the chicken pieces until they are cooked and golden . take these out and set aside to be added in sauce later.
4.   Take another sauce pan, add 1 tbsp oil add chopped garlic and lightly fry,
5.   Now Add chicken stock, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and , cook it for a minute . dissolve corn flour in half cup water and add  while stirring the sauce. If sauce is too thick add a bit of water .
6.    When sauce thickens a bit add mushrooms and chicken and cook for about 2 minute. Add salt as per taste
7.    Serve hot with fried rice.
