Cheesy tandoori Aaloo/ cheesy tandoori potatoes
1.
Potatoes
small ½ kg
2.
Tandoori
masala 2 tbsp
3.
Lemon
juice of 2 lemons
4.
Cheddar
cheese 150 gram shredded
5.
Chopped
green chili 4
6.
Coriander
half bunch
7.
Ginger
1 inch thinely sliced
8.
Salt
½ tsp
9.
Oil
for frying
Method
1.
Take
small round potatoes , wash them, boil them with a bit of salt.
2.
Now
remove the potatoes and and put them in chilled water so that they cool down
quick.
3.
Remove
the skin of each potatoes
4.
Now
sauté these potatoes in half cup oil in a wok
5.
When
the potatoes turn golden add tandoori masala and sliced ginger. Stir fry for a
few minutes.
6.
Add
shredded cheese and salt
7.
Add
in green chili and coriander
8.
And
serve hot.
