MATAR ( MINCED BEEF WITH PEAS)
INGREDIENTS
1.Minced beef ( preferred hand chopped) ½ kg
2.Peas(frozen or fresh) -2 cup
3.Onion (chopped) medium sizes-2
4.Red chili powder -1 tbsp
5.Turmeric powder -1 tsp
6.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
7.Green chilies -4
8.Green coriander -1 bunch
9.Oil 1 cup
2.Peas(frozen or fresh) -2 cup

5.Turmeric powder -1 tsp
6.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
7.Green chilies -4
8.Green coriander -1 bunch
9.Oil 1 cup
10.Salt to taste
RECIPE
1.
Take medium
sized pan . add 1 cup oil and the chopped onions and fry till onion turn golden
brown.

Now add
ginger garlic paste turmeric and chili powder suate the masala for 30 seconds.
3.
Now add
the half kg minced beef add 2 cup peas 4 chilli (if you want extra hot slit the
chilli vertically half). Cook it for it until the mince changes color around 10
to 15 minutes.

Add salt
to taste( around 1 tsp)
5.
Garnish it
with chopped fresh coriander and serve.
