Shahi tukray. (Royal
crumbs)
If you
want to make a sweet dish in a very little time, this is it. This sweet dish is
super easy to make. Enjoy :D
INGREDIENTS:
1. Bread-
8 pieces ( cut in half triangles each)
2. Milk
-500 ml( 2 cup)
3. Green
cardamom, (hari ilaichi) 2-4
4. Meetha
khoya(reduced whole milk) 250 mg
5. Cream-
4 tbsp
6. Sugar-
200 g (1 cup)
7. Oil
for deep frying
8.
almonds peeled and sliced for garnish 8-10.
METHOD:
1. Cut each bread into two triangle
halves. Take a frying pan, pour oil, and let it heat. When the oil is hot
enough deep fry the bread pieces until golden brown.
2. Set these fried bread in a
platter dish.
3. Now take a sauce pan pour milk,
add the cardamom and boil this milk, after it boils leave it on slow flame to
reduce until only one cup remains. Turn off the stove and let the milk cool
down.
4. In the cooled milk add khoya
and cream and mix well.
5. This milk mixture in poured on
the bread.
6. Garnish it with almonds.
7. Served chilled.
