PASANDAY
INGREDIENTS’
1. Meat ½ kg (lean meat cut into
thin stripes)
2. Onion -2 medim ( thinly sliced)
3. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
4. Garlic 4 cloves chopped *

5. Ginger about an inch of a piece
chopped *adrak
6. Oil 8 tbsp
7. Salt to taste or ½ tsp
8. Water 3 glasses
METHOD:
1. In a pressure cooker add oil,
onion, ginger garlic, meat, red chili powder and 3 glasses of water .close the
pressure cooker and let the meat cook until tender ( takes about ½ hour)
2. Open the pressure cooker ( with
caution let all the steam come out and the cooker has come down to room temp).
next step is to add salt and stir fry the meat until all the water is dry.
3. Serve hot with paratha or white
rice.
