MINCED MEAT WITH PEAS -QEEMA MATR


INGREDIENTS:
1.    minced meat ½ kg
2.    peas -250 g
3.    onion 1 large
4.    ginger paste- 1 tsp
5.    garlic paste- 1tsp
6.    tomatoes- 2 sliced
7.    green chili -3 ( 1 should be finely chopped)
8.    cinnamon 1 stick
9.    tezpath  (bay leaf)-2
10. cloves *laung -3
11. haldi powder(tumeric powder) ½ tsp
12. red chili powder ½ tsp
13. fresh coriander chopped 2 tsp
14. all spice *garam masala 1 tsp
15. oil 1 tbsp
16. water 1 glass
17. salt to taste.
METHOD:
1.    in a wok or a pan add oil ginger garlic paste and onion
2.    when the onions turn light brown add , tez path haldi cinnamon stick, clove, all spice powder and minced meat and stir fry the mix for 10 minutes
3.    add red chili , green chili whole, water and peas. Let it cook for  20 minutes.
4.    When the meat and peas are cooked add salt to taste ,close the stove after a minute.
5.    Serve hot, garnish it with fresh coriander and chopped green chili.
