Unripe mango squash

KAIRY SQUASH/ UNRIPE MANGO SQUASH

While growing up this was my favourite cool drink in very hot summer days and really Easy to make. Enjoy.
INGREDIENTS:
1.      Unripe mangoes- 4 medium sized

2.      jaggery (gurr) grated -½ cup *optional

3.      sugar - ½ cup (regular white around 8 tbsp)

4.       water-5 cups

5.       mint leaf- each per glass For Garnish

6.      ice

METHOD
Wash thoroughly the whole raw mangoes and then boil till completely soft (check with a knife)
1.      thoroughly wash the unripe mangoes. Then in a pot or pan boil them in water until completely soft. You can confirm this by a knife.

2.      Once the mangoes cool down. Peel off its skin and  separate its pulp .

3.      In a blender add pulp, water , sugar and jiggery. Blend it thoroughly

4.      You can add water if juice is too thick.

5.      Serve chilled with ice and mint leaf
