DRY BEEF CHILI


INGREDIENTS:
1.    Undercut beef julienne cut– ½ kg
2.    Green chili Julienne cut- 10 to 12
3.    Garlic crushed- 6 cloves
4.    Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
5.    White pepper – 1 tsp
6.    Egg– 1
7.    Sugar -1 tsp
8.    Corn flour - 1 tsp
9.    Soy sauce – 2tbsp
10.  White vinegar -2 tbsp
11.   Oil -4 tbsp
12.  Chili sauce – 1 tsp
13.  Salt to taste

METHOD:
1.    Cut the green chili into thin stripe (julienne cut) and put it into cold water. This cools down the chili flavor a bit.
2.    the beef is to be cut into  Julienne (thin stripe form) . take a large bowl then add garlic,  black pepper, white pepper,  salt, egg, sugar, corn flour,  soy sauce , chili sauce, vinegar and leave it to marinate for 1 hour
3.    take a wok, add oil and let it heat, fry beef in the wok
4.    when the beef is completely fried add chili ( drained from the water first). Stir fry lightly.
5.    Serve hot.
