Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the
day. It is said in Pakistan that
breakfast should be like a king’s meal , lunch to be like lord’s meal and
dinner like a beggar’s meal.
Traditional breakfast are rich affairs in Pakistan. When you
say breakfast the only thing that really comes to mind is PARATHA !!
You probably heard or seen or tasted one. Its kind of a
layered crispy flat bread . now available though out the word in the form of
frozen paratha. My mom will start with the basic how to make paratha and then
go on to variations of paratha. If you already know how to make a paratha then
you can start with the delicious variations
Coming back to breakfast paratha are enjoyed with variety
of foods, if you want simple then it
could be eaten with just chai ( milk tea) or pickles. You could enjoy it with
eggs> again in Pakistani style there are a variation of eggs, scambled or
like a gravy style. On the richer side it paratha go well with qeema and kabab
