Qeema samosay> spicy minced meat samosay
INGREDIENTS:
- Mince meat 1/2 kg
- Onion (chopped) medium-3
- Samosa patti -2 dozen ( if you can’t get
samosa patti then make the samosa dough llike the one already told in
potato samosa)
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 ½ tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Green chillies chopped 5-6
- Green coriander leaves fine chopped ½ bunch
- Oil for deep frying
- Flour 2tbs mixed with water and made into
thick paste
- Salt to taste
METHOD
1.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan then add
mince meat with chillies, salt, ginger, garlic paste and one chopped onions.

When meat is cooked and dry, remove
from heat and let it cool.
3.
Add in 2 finely chopped onions, green
chillies, coriander leave Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
4.
Take a samosa patti.
5.
Make a pocket at one end.
6.
Fill it with the prepared mince meat.
7.
Keep folding it in the shape of a samosa.
8.
Seal the edges with a little paste made
out of flour and water.
9.
Heat oil and deep fry them.
10. Serve hot with mint chutney.
You could aso freeze the samosas in
deep freezer to be cooked later
