MALAI SEEKH KABAB

Ingredients

  1. Beef ½ kg
  2. Onions 2
  3. Green Chilies 6
  4. Garlic clove 6
  5. Ginger 1 Piece
  6. Coconut 2 tbsp (crushed)
  7. Egg 1
  8. Yogurt 2 tbsp
  9. Cream 2 tbsp
  10. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  11. Nutmeg and mace ½ tsp
  12. All spice powder 1 tsp
  13. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  14. Salt 1 tbsp
  15. Oil for frying
METHOD:
1.      In a chopper add beef, onion, green chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, chopped coconut, red chili powder, all spice powder, cumin seed, nutmeg and mace and salt, chop it well.
2.      Now add egg, cream, and yogurt to the minced meat.
3.      Fix the meat on the skewers and barbecue it, till it becomes light brown.
4.      Or heat oil in a pan and fry the kebab until light brown and tender.
5.      Malai seekh kabab is ready.
6.      Serve hot with chutney.
