Lahori fried fish
this is a spicy fried fish. very easy to cook and is finger lickin good :)
Ingredients:
- Fish 1 kg* (cut thin finger fish style)
- Gram flour(baisan)- 1 cup
- Water- 4 cup
- Lemon- 4 – 6
- Cumin powder 1 tsp (roasted)( safed zeera)
- All spice powder(Garam masala) -1 tsp
- Turmeric powder (haldi powder) -1 tsp
- Rice- 1 tbsp
- Red chili- 1 tbsp (crushed)
- Carom seed(ajvayn)- ½ tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Rice flour 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
method
1.
Coat fish with vinegar and leave it for
10 minutes and rinse it.

Now in 4 cup water add rice to boil.

When the rice boils, strain the water
and keep it separately.

in rice water, add turmeric powder and lemon
juice to mix and set this mix aside.

Take another bowl in which u add gram flour, carom seed, red chili crushed,
all spice powder, salt, rice flour and roasted white cumin powder to mix.
6.
Now dip fish one by one in rice water
and coat gram flour mixture with the help of lemon and leave it for half an
hour.
7.
Now deep fry fish on low flame and take
it out on absorbing paper and sprinkle gram flour on top.
8.
Serve hot
