Fried lamb chops:

  1. Lamb chops ½ kg
  2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  3. Oil for frying 1 cup
  4. Green chillies 10-12 chopped
  5. White cumin 1tsp
  6. Eggs 3
  7. Dried coriander 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  10. Green chilli and fresh coriander for garnish

METHOD:

1.      take a large pot add fresh coriander green chilli ginger garlic paste,salt and red chilli and cook it with water until chops are tender.
2.      When the chops are cooked add white cumin, dried coriander.
3.      Beat the eggs in a separate bowl,  also take pour oil in a frying pan and let it heat.
4.      Take each chops dip in eggs  and then fry them in .
5.      Serve hot with chutney
