Chicken 65

my mum recently made this dish it has a funny name though. i had to google it to find the origin of the name. turns out its called chicken 65 because it was invented in the year 1965 in hydrabad India. there are other chicken recipes too by the name of chicken 78, chicken 82 and chicken 90. inshaAllah we'l try those recipes and post them too. 
Ingredients:
          For Chicken:
  1. Chicken boneless 400 gm
  2. Salt ½ tsp
  3. Corn flour 2 tsp
  4. Coriander powder ½ pinch
  5. Egg 1
  6. Oil for frying
For Sauce:
  1. Garlic ½ tsp chopped
  2. Green chillies 4 to 5
  3. Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  4. Red chilli ½ tsp
  5. Black pepper ½ tsp
  6. Tomato purees 3 tbsp
  7. Curry leaves 4 to 5
  8. Fresh coriander ½ bunch
  9. Ginger 1 tsp chopped
  10. Oil as required
Method
1.     For Chicken: Take a bowl, add chicken, salt, corn flour, coriander powder and egg.
2.     Leave it to marinade.
3.     Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and fry till chicken is cooked through.
4.     For Sauce: Heat oil in a frying pan.
5.     Now add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin, red chillies, black pepper and tomato puree in a pan.
6.     Mix well and cook for a while.
7.     Now add curry leaves and chicken, cook for a while.
8.     Then dish out the chicken and garnish with green coriander leaves and serve.
