PARATHA>>>> a desi flat bread

Starting of with the basic.

PARATHA

Ingredients>
·         white flour 2 cup (around 250g)
·          wheat flour ½  cup ( around 75g)
·         salt ½ tsp Or salt to taste
·         oil for cooking

method>
  1.       take  2 cup white flour and ½ cup wheat flour and salt to taste in the mixture.
  2.       With the help of water make a dough out of it.
  3.        Leave the mix for half an hour
  4.        make a small ball of a dough about the size of your palm
  5.        Roll it flat with the help of dough roller.
  6.        Spread a tsp of oil on its suface
  7.        Now roll it horizontally
  8.         Next roll it like swiss roll and you will get a ball of rolled dough like the one you started off with.
  9.        Flat roll it again
  10.    Now heat a flat pan until hot
  11. .   Put this flat rolled sheet of the dough on the hot pan
  12. .   Now add a tbs of oil, let it cook until golden
  13. .   Now turn and and add a tbs of oil. Let it cook until golden
