PARATHA
Ingredients>

white flour 2 cup (around 250g)
·
wheat
flour ½ cup ( around 75g)
·
salt ½ tsp Or salt to taste
·
oil for cooking
method>
- take 2 cup white flour and ½ cup wheat flour and salt to taste in the mixture.
- With the help of water make a dough out of it.
- Leave the mix for half an hour
- make a small ball of a dough about the size of your palm
- Roll it flat with the help of dough roller.
- Spread a tsp of oil on its suface
- Now roll it horizontally
- Next roll it like swiss roll and you will get a ball of rolled dough like the one you started off with.
- Flat roll it again
- Now heat a flat pan until hot
- . Put this flat rolled sheet of the dough on the hot pan
- . Now add a tbs of oil, let it cook until golden
- . Now turn and and add a tbs of oil. Let it cook until golden
